Thurow Vineyards has been family-owned and -operated by the Thurows in Healdsburg's Dry Creek Valley for 16 years. Ursula Thurow, after graduating from a viticulture program at Santa Rosa Junior College, took over the farming duties on the property. The Thurow Vineyard is a ten-acre property and is grown as naturally as possible; herbicides and other poisons are never used on the grapes. Because of limited production, membership is also limited, but the Thurow Wine Club is always excited to meet prospective members.
