That is more than I have paid for any event athletic or not. Paying more would have made it completely unreasonable.

" This is the sentence that confuses me - as there is talk about funds and perhaps disturbances to neighbors, it seems that as a business enterprise / fundraiser / perhaps to meet increased costs, the answer lies in increasing the participation fees. So, is some of the "risk" related to extra patrols, extra insurance, etc? It would be nice to know the details and not just the word "risk" .....

Side note: planning a June wedding for our daughter in Healdsburg. No "declines". Everyone has heard about our idyllic reputation.

Because you're calling yourselves "healdsburg Patch," may I suggest camps that are closer…Read More to Healdsburg? Sonoma Valley, Petaluma and SSU are fairly distant for driving twice a day to those places from Healdsburg. I would never do that based on geography alone. My kids attend baseball camp at Cardinal Newman and Healdsburg Parks and Recs. Programs in Santa Rosa, Windsor and Healdsburg abound. Research those and then publicize please.
