A small store is on-site for essentials. The Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians purchased the site and facilities in 2006 and they have been upgrading it since. Area recreation companies use the campground for its river, bike and winetasting tours. Fishing, swimming, picnicking are also available by day use rates. The campgrounds open March 1 and can become quite crowded in summer but very quiet in fall. The River Rock Casino, also run by the Dry Creek Rancheria, is just 4 1/2 miles away and a free shuttle is offered to and from the casino at all hours.
