Healdsburg Aims to Lure Developers with Reduced Fees

The city council earlier this month approved reductions in water and sewer service fees for new homes and businesses.

The city lowered what were among Sonoma County's highest water and sewer connection rates by 31 percent for single-family home builders and up to 78 percent for restaurants, the report said.
